$500 Deposit Is Non-Refundable

Your deposit reserves your seat in a 10-person room. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance. Please review your calendar before committing.

Final Payment Due Sept 5, 2026

All four installments must clear by September 5, 2026. The retreat begins September 16 — your seat is confirmed the moment your final payment clears. Please review your payment schedule before committing so you can arrive fully present and ready to work.

Auto-Charge Authorization

Your card on file is automatically charged on each bi-weekly due date. By paying your deposit, you authorize all 4 installment charges to the same card without further consent required.

Payment Plan FAQ

Common Questions

If a card on file declines on a scheduled charge date, our team will reach out within 48 hours to update your payment method and re-run the charge. If payment cannot be completed within 7 days of the original due date, your seat may be released and any payments made up to that point — including the $500 deposit — are forfeited. We will always contact you first to try and resolve the issue.
Yes. You can pay your remaining balance in full at any time — call 321-267-2111 or email [email protected] and we'll process the payoff. Paying early does not reduce your total, but it stops future bi-weekly charges immediately.
Yes, as long as it's done before your final payment clears. Email us and we'll recalculate your remaining payments to cover the $598 difference. Empire-exclusive add-ons (brand shoot, makeup, AI Team Day) require advance scheduling, so upgrades after August 1, 2026 may not include all Empire deliverables.
The payment plan is designed to give you 8 weeks of bi-weekly installments from your deposit date. If you sign up after July 7, 2026, your payments will be compressed so that the final installment still clears by September 5. After August 5, the payment plan closes and only pay-in-full options remain available.
The deposit is applied directly to your tier total. For Foundation: $500 deposit + 4 × $374.75 = $1,999. For Empire: $500 deposit + 4 × $624.25 = $2,997. There are no hidden fees, no interest, and no payment processing surcharges.
In the unlikely event the retreat is canceled by Regina Buckley & Co., any payments you've made — including the deposit — are fully refunded within 14 days. This applies only to host-initiated cancellation, not to changes in your personal schedule.
Yes. You'll receive an emailed receipt after each successful charge — deposit and all 4 installments. Final receipt after Payment 4 confirms your seat is paid in full.
