That answer tells you something about your business — and it's exactly why you need to be in this room. We schedule the retreat months in advance specifically so you can build the runway around it. If you can't unplug for five days, we need to fix that first, and that's part of what we work on together.
Your investment covers everything on-site: lodging in the private villa, all meals, all sessions, all materials, and one-on-one time with Regina. Flights to Orlando and ground transport to the villa are your responsibility. We provide exact location and travel recommendations upon registration.
This retreat is built for women already in business — generating revenue but ready to scale, structure, and stabilize. If you haven't validated an offer or made your first dollar yet, this isn't the right room for you yet. If you're past that point and ready to operate like a CEO, you belong here.
Mornings are intensive strategy sessions. Afternoons mix hot seats, one-on-one work with Regina, and structured implementation time. Evenings are intentional — connection, accountability, and the kind of conversations that only happen in a room like this. You'll work. You'll also be fed, rested, and supported the entire time.
